Consultation: Before we get started on assisting you with our services, we like to get a clear understanding of what your company needs. Via e-mail or IM communication we will be able to get a clear understanding of what services you will require. We are then able to give you an accurate project estimate (quote). Through our online consultation you will be able to attain a better understanding of what your business will require and a general price range for the services you will require.

Documentation: After agreeing to move on, we will submit you a formal proposal that will clearly identify the services we will use for your project and the exact cost. Note that there are service/product correction fees, that can be added to the cost. Included with the proposal will be a general layout of how the project will be completed and an approximate project completion date. Once we have both agreed on the terms, the design process begins.

Design: It is part of our practice to make every project unique from others. We create a “mock-up” of your project in Adobe Photoshop and use this as a preview form of your project. Once we have discussed the mock-up with you and tweaked it to satisfaction, we will be able to begin development.

Development: We use today’s best programming technology to create your project. All sites in development are created on virtual machines and are later transferred to web servers when completed. If your project does not have a web domain/hosting to sit at, we will help you choose a fast, reliable, and secure web hosting company. Our staff is very familiar with today’s biggest online technology including CPanel, PHPMyAdmin, and more.

Beta Testing: Before we make things public and have things overkilled, we always test your site on your web servers. We make any edits needed and optimize the code for your web servers. You will then be asked to view the test site and respond with any issues you may have.

Deployment: At last your project is 100% ready to be up and alive! With your approval we will officially launch your project on the internet.

Support: Just because your project is live and running on the internet, does not mean we are out of the picture! Our support and quality assurance staff will repeatedly check your site for a few weeks, after the deployment, to check for any issues that your visitors may be facing. After our standard one month support, additional support from our team can be purchased.
